PAT ELSBERRY

Pat Elsberry is an author, speaker, blogger, and Certified Grief Educator. After her daughter, Melanie, ran ahead to Heaven in 2020 due to substance use disorder, she became a passionate advocate for parents dealing with grief after the loss of a child.

Pat’s daily blog, Hope During Loss touches over 21,000 followers daily in more than thirty countries. Pat facilitates an in-person grief share for women who have experienced child loss. She is the author of Beautifully Broken: Finding Hope During Loss and Comforted by God: 100 Days of Healing and Hope for the Grief Journey.

Pat and her husband, Fred, live in Atlanta and have a blended family of seven children and five grandchildren. Her favorite things include traveling, cooking, gardening, dark chocolate, and worship music.
