Grief & Nutrition: Support for Bereaved Parents

Losing a child changes everything — including how your body feels, functions, and responds to everyday life.

This small, virtual 4-week group is designed to support bereaved parents in the early stages of grief by gently addressing the physical side of loss — appetite, digestion, sleep, and energy — through a compassionate, faith-informed lens.

Each session offers:

  • Simple, easy-to-understand education about how grief affects the body

  • Gentle nutrition support to reduce physical strain

  • A brief guided practice for calming the nervous system

  • Space to honor your child in a safe, supportive community

This is not about fixing grief or following strict plans.
It is about offering your body steadiness while it carries something very heavy.

Whether eating feels difficult, sleep feels disrupted, or energy feels depleted — you are not alone, and your body is not failing you.

You are welcome exactly as you are.
