Media Manager

Megan is a freelance writer, teacher, and graphic designer. After graduating from Liberty University with a bachelor's degree in Communications/Journalism, Horst began writing for several magazines, and worked as the Managing Editor for the Institute for Excellence in Writing's Magnum Opus Magazine. As Horst began building her freelance writing career, she attended Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, and graduated with a Master's in Theological Studies. At this time Horst was additionally teaching ballet. As her passion for dance and the arts continued to grow, Horst put her writing career on hold as she founded and directed Ecclesia School of the Arts. After fourteen years in Virginia, and over twenty years in the dance and theatre industry, Horst has switched back to her writing career full-time. She enjoys using her love for dance and theater in her writing and helping other studio owners succeed. As the Media Manager for Our Hearts Are Home, Megan is fulfilled by assisting the ministry with graphic design, web design, and any technical needs.
